The rights of women

A day long session on Prevention of Sexual Harassment(POSH) Act of Workplace was organised by Indian Women Network (IWN)CII on Thursday. The session provided a legal overview from an employer’s per spective and discussed the Prohibitions and Redressal of the Act 2013. The interactive session was to help organizations understand their roles and responsibilities with the advent of the new statute. It will help employers audit their practices and ensure compliance.
